These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pritegy (the "Service"), a product of Hits Metrix, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Pritegy is
Pritegy is a readiness and documentation workspace intended to help small defense subcontractors organize policies, controls, and evidence related to NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 and CMMC Level 2 preparation. Pritegy does not issue, grant, or guarantee CMMC certification. Certification is issued only by an authorized C3PAO after an official assessment.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload malicious content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use the Service to violate any applicable law or contract. Do not upload actual Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) unless your plan and environment have been explicitly configured to handle it.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. No professional advice
Pritegy does not provide legal, regulatory, or assessment advice. Content generated in the Service, including AI-assisted drafts, is a starting point for your review. You are responsible for the accuracy of any documentation you submit to a customer, auditor, or assessor.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hits Metrix, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
