This Privacy Policy explains how Pritegy, a product of Hits Metrix, LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. This page is maintained by Hits Metrix, LLC.

Information we collect

Account information. Name, work email, organization name, and role you provide at signup.
Workspace content. Policies, notes, control responses, and evidence you upload. Do not upload actual CUI unless your plan and environment are configured for it.
Usage data. Basic logs about how the Service is used, such as page views and feature interactions, to keep the Service reliable.

How we use information

To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
To provide customer support and respond to requests.
To improve features and communicate service updates.
To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted subprocessors that help us run the Service, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their role. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Security

We use role-based access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest for stored workspace data. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

Retention

We retain workspace content for the life of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can export or restore it. You may request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You may access, update, export, or delete your workspace content from your account. For requests we can't fulfill in-app, email us and we'll help.

AI features

Some features use AI assistance to draft language for policies and control responses. AI suggestions are drafts for your review, not final guidance. You can disable AI features in workspace settings when available.
